A RELEASED prisoner has been fined after failing to turn up for appointments with probation.
Callum Michael Paul Shilvock, of Kings Meadow, Wigmore, near Leominster, entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Dudley.
The court heard the 20-year-old had failed to attend probation appointments on three occasions, on June 17, June 25, and July 1, after he was released from prison.
He had then failed to produce the required evidence to reasonably excuse his absences.
Shivlock was fined £100 and must pay costs of £60.
