A HEREFORDSHIRE man has appeared before magistrates after failing to wear a face mask in a petrol station.
Neil Christopher Rivett was found guilty of entering Leominster's Mill Street BP garage without wearing a face mask, contrary to coronavirus regulations, on October 31 by magistrates in Hereford.
Rivett, who gave a care of address in Burghill, was fined £100. He must also pay costs of £775 and a £34 victim surcharge.
