A REPEAT offender has been banned from the roads after he was caught driving at six miles over the speed limit.
Herefordshire driver Thomas Twiston-Davies was caught speeding in his Vauxhall on the M4 motorway on December 2.
The court heard the 26-year-old had been captured by a speed camera at 46 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour section of the M4 in Brentford, London.
Twiston-Davies, of Dippersmoor, Kilpeck, was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending and fined £256 by magistrates in Lavender Hill.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
