A TRADITIONAL village pub is up for sale in Herefordshire.
On the market with commercial agents Sidney Phillips, The Dog Inn in Ewyas Harold is available on a private lease.
The agents said The Dog Inn is a "quintessential character village pub" offering wet sales including cask ales and local real ciders only at present.
The 500-year-old pub has a public bar, games area, and dining room, while also offering a two-bed owners flat and two letting bedrooms upstairs.
Sidney Phillips said the pub, currently operating on limited hours, offers scope for new owners to operate in a slightly different manner to suit their requirements.
According to WhatPub.com The Dog Inn has its own pool, darts and quiz teams and occasional musical features.
While no food is served, customers may eat fish and chips from the nearby chippy with their pint.
