A WOMAN was injured in attacks by a man in Hereford.
David Aston admitted one count of criminal damage and two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Aston had deliberately damaged a faux leather headboard on December 18 and 30.
The 29-year-old had also attacked a woman, causing actual bodily harm, on December 19 and January 1.
Aston, who gave a care of address in Hereford's Stonebow Road, was handed an indefinite restraining order banning him from contacting or visiting the victim, a two-year community order, fined £50, and ordered to pay compensation of £100.
He must also pay costs of £100 and a £95 victim surcharge.
