MANY of your readers will have noticed that Zzoom is laying communication cables under the streets of Hereford.
It is digging up pavements and roads, with the intention of making money for shareholders as well as, possibly, providing customers with a better service.
RELATED NEWS:
But who is going to reinstate our pavements and roads? Zzoom are backfilling and then putting a tarmac skin over the trenches and holes.
Frost, snow or heavy rain will make the tarmac break up and eventually the council will have to resurface for safety.
Are Zzoom providing the council with a long-term reparation fund, or will repair costs fall on council tax payers?
