PLANS have been revealed for up to 350 homes to be built in Hereford.
The proposed site is on farmland between Three Elms Road and Roman Road in the north of Hereford.
If approved the proposal would see Huntington Lane re-designed as a pedestrian/cycle only route.
The development titled Three Elms North East Quarter is the first phase of a wider development proposed by the Church Commissioners for England submitted in 2016 to build 1,200 new homes.
The plan for 305 homes would be a separate planning application to the one for 1,200 homes - which is 'pending subject to the outcome of the council's decision on the transport strategy'.
Initial plans for the 1,200 homes currently pending included a section of Hereford bypass.

However, an separate outline planning application proposal would seek permission for up to 350 homes.
Including 'a new linear park to the north of the Yazor Brook, new roads providing access to Three Elms Road to the east and Roman Road to the north, open space, amenity space and accompanying infrastructure'.
Proposals include up to 35 per cent affordable homes.
Also part of the plans is a 'Park and Choose' car park facility at Roman Road.
The Church Commissioners for England is currently asking for feedback on the outline proposals ahead of the planning application being submitted to the council in 'early 2022'.
The consultation is running for three weeks between November 1 and November 21.
The Hereford Times has asked the local councillor for his reaction to the plans.
