A BUILDING site in Herefordshire has been targeted by burglars, with police now investigating.
West Mercia Police said a whacker plate was stolen from the site between Hereford and Ledbury when a storage container was broken into.
PC Josh Kitchen said in an appeal for information that the burglary happened between 5pm on Friday (October 29) and 8am on Monday (November 1) in Little Tarrington Common Road, Tarrington.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact police via their website, quoting incident number 53 of November 1.
PC Kitchen said: "Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime."
