IN RELATION to the Three Elms North East Quarter building plans, building here is a bad idea.
It’s taking away a beautiful place to walk and unwind that is in easy reach of people, and God knows we all need that.
RELATED NEWS:
Rotherwas would be a better place for new houses because that’s where many jobs are.
It would also need shops, GP surgeries, a new school and extra roads increasing air pollution.
Also, many of the houses would be buy-to-rent so many of these new people would not be Herefordians, thus putting more strain on the local job market.
It would also put a strain on hospital services too.
The thought that these houses are proposed is laughable because I have no doubt this has already been decided so democracy doesn’t come into it.
The council are going to do this anyway, despite what the public may think.
