WINDOWS were smashed by vandals throwing pumpkins near a Herefordshire village.
Police said two homes near Longworth Lane in Bartestree were targeted in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A spokesperson for Hereford's safer neighbourhood team said the occupants of the two homes were awoken at around 12.40am on Saturday morning (November 6) by the sound of pumpkins being thrown at their properties.
The victims reported hearing laughing and giggling at the time.
The second home hit by the vandals had two of its windows smashed.
