A MAN has been ordered to undergo treatment for alcohol dependency after attacking another person in a Herefordshire town.
Jonathan David Bushell was found guilty by magistrates after entering a not guilty plea.
The court heard the 40-year-old had assaulted a man by beating in Ross-on-Wye on March 31.
Bushell, of Kyrle Street, Ross, was handed an eight-month community order, fined £100, and must complete a six-month alcohol dependency treatment programme. He must also pay costs of £250 and a £95 victim surcharge.
