Hereford Magistrates
A BANNED driver was caught driving in a Herefordshire street, a court has heard.
Paul Ellis entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 43-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Volkswagen Transporter in Lower Bullingham while disqualified and without insurance on April 20.
Ellis, of The Dales, Lower Bullingham, was handed a 12-month community order and 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for three months and pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
