AN ABUSIVE Hereford man has been handed a fine after an incident in Hereford.
Jason Oldaker entered a guilty plea after previously pleading not guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 51-year-old had used threatening and abusive words or behaviour towards two people in Hampton Dene on May 1.
Oldaker, of Sudbury Avenue was handed a two-year restraining order banning him from contacting either victim and fined £50. He must also pay costs of £100 and a £95 victim surcharge.
