A STUNNING character shop is up for sale in a Herefordshire market town.
The grade II listed building has been home to an antiques shop in Ross-on-Wye for the last 40 years and is on the market with agents Jackson Preece for £315,000.
Set opposite Aldi in Brookend Street, one of the town's main shopping streets, the shop is arranged over three floors.
The marketing agents said the majority of the property is traditionally built and includes a wealth of timbered walls and ceilings. It is arranged at ground floor as three retail showroom areas and a store room with access to a rear yard. The first floor includes retail space, an office, kitchen and staff shower room. The second floor includes a further retail area with a raked ceiling.
Jackson Preece said the shop has a rateable value of £10,750, while Small Business Rate Relief may be available on this property.
