A MAN has been fined after breaking the terms of a community protection order in a Herefordshire town.
Jesse Frayling entered a guilty plea when he appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 52-year-old had failed to comply with the conditions of a community protection notice by contacting and visiting a person he was banned from contacting in Bromyard on November 6.
Frayling, who is of no fixed address, was fined £80. No costs or victim surcharge were ordered as Frayling was deemed punished by time already spent in custody.
