A road in Hereford city centre will close this weekend as its Christmas tree is installed
A ROAD in Hereford city centre will temporarily close tomorrow while the city’s Christmas tree is installed.
Wide Marsh Street will close tomorrow (November 14) from 6am to 10.30am as the city is prepared for the festive season.
But Hereford will not have an official Christmas lights switch-on this year because of Covid.
Hereford City Council said the lights will be switched on gradually on Sunday, November 21.
