A THIEF was caught with a foil-lined bag after stealing jumpers from a Hereford shop.
Andrew Duffield pleaded guilty to two charges when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 43-year-old had been in Hereford equipped for theft with a foil-lined bag on October 18.
He had then stolen two Lacoste jumpers worth a total of £92 from Hereford's Sports Direct shop.
Duffield, of Shrewsbury Road, Nottingham, was handed a six-month conditional discharge and a deprivation order was issued for the foil-lined bag and a screwdriver.
He must also pay a £22 victim surcharge.
