FIREFIGHTERS were called to a Herefordshire shopping centre today after an alarm was set off by workers.
A fire service spokesperson said a crew from Ross-on-Wye’s fire station were called at 09.49am this morning (November 16) to the Maltings shopping centre, in Ross.
On, arrival the crew found an automatic fire alarm had been accidentally activated by workmen at the shopping centre.
The incident was dealt with by 10.20am, the spokesperson said.
