MORE uninsured Herefordshire drivers have been up before the magistrates after they were caught on the roads.
Here are the most recent drivers to be fined by the courts:
Karol Miziula, 26, was proven guilty by magistrates in Medway, Kent.
The court heard Miziula had been caught driving a Vauxhall Astra in Fant Lane, Maidstone, without insurance on January 26.
Miziula, of St Martins Way, Ledbury, was fined £660 and disqualified from driving for six months due to repeated offending. He must also pay costs of £85 and a £66 victim surcharge.
Callum Taylor, 22, was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Taylor, who did not have a licence or insurance, had been caught behind the wheel of an Audi A4 in Canon Frome on April 27.
Taylor, of Lingfield Walk, Hereford, was fined a total of £880 and received eight penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
Martin Benjamin Office, 20, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Office had driven a Volkswagen Golf in Hereford's Belmont Road without insurance on March 8.
Office, of Moor Meadow, Shobdon, was fined £80 and received six penalty points, although no totting disqualification was made as his elderly father relies on him for transport and as his employment chances are dependent on having a driving licence.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Vivian Henry White, 72, was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard White had driven a Honda CR-V in Chapel Road, Rotherwas, without insurance or a licence on April 26.
White, of Hunderton Avenue, Hereford, was fined a total of £880 and received eight penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
Jordan William Stevenson, 19, was proven guilty by magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard Stevenson had been caught driving in Commercial Road in Hereford without insurance on April 22.
Stevenson, of Franks Avenue, Hereford, was fined £660 and received eight penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
