A HEREFORDSHIRE diner saw filming take place for one night this week as a production company used it as a location for its next film.
Award-winning Bristol-based director, screenwriter and producer Rhys Freeman shot a scene for his new short film Wearing the Trousers at OK Diner, near Leominster.
The filming took place from 8.30pm on Thursday evening until 4am on Friday (November 26).
It was the "perfect diner" for the background of the scene according to Mr Freeman.
The film is being produced by Mr Freeman's company, Toad Abode Productions.
Mr Freeman said: "It was a great location for us to deliver the project exactly how we imagined it to look in the months of planning running up to production."
He thanked the people of Leominster for supporting him and his team.
A post on Facebook from Mr Freeman read: "Hello people of Leominster.
"Just want to drop a message in here and say a massive thank-you for everyone's hospitality over the last couple weeks at the OK Diner and in and around Leominster.
"We had an extremely successful shoot overnight.
"A massive thank you to our local extras who stayed in good spirits.
"It was an absolute pleasure to film in Leominster, and maybe one day we will be back."
Wearing the Trousers is set for release on Valentine's Day 2022 on various streaming services, but this cannot be disclosed yet, said production staff.
