AN INDEPEDENT coffee shop located in Hereford's High Town is opening next week.
Eden House of Coffee is positioned opposite the Black and White House Museum.
Karen Roughton is co-owner and hopes to keep the cafe sympathetic to the historic building but 'with a modern twist'.

The cafe will also be a 'green space' with plants available to buy.
The planning of the cafe has taken over a year with the last 10 weeks spent renovating the building whilst also showcasing some of its original features.
"Our new staircase is a work of art," said Ms Roughton.
"We want to make it a cool and comfortable space in the middle of town.
"Being an independent coffee shop we want to source the best local ingredients and coffee beans.
"There is so much independent quality and we wanted to add to the vibrancy of the city.
"We have put our heart and our soul into this. We will be open in time for the Christmas shoppers."
One of the historic features from the building that the coffee shop has is a butchers block dating back to the 1930s.
As part of the building renovation the original building beams are now exposed along with the original windows.
