A DRUNKEN Hereford Burger King customer has been up before the magistrates for his behaviour in the fast food restaurant.
Joshua Newbury entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 29-year-old had been drunk and disorderly in Hereford's Commercial Street Burger King on November 28.
Newbury, of Long Meadow, Putson, was fined £40. No costs order was made due to a lack of means.
