A SPEEDING driver has escaped a roads ban after he was caught breaking the limit in Herefordshire.
Gareth Daniel Ivor Bevan, 37, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Bevan had been caught speeding on the A40 at Pencraig on April 7.
Bevan, of Bryn Henfaes, Bridgend, was fined £437, received four penalty points, and must pay costs of £90 and a £44 victim surcharge.
No totting disqualification was made because a roads ban would drastically reduce the support Bevan could provide to family members, magistrates said.
