A SEX offender has been up before the magistrates after failing to comply with the terms of the sex offenders register.
Steven Smith entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 25-year-old had failed to comply with the notification requirements of the sex offenders register by failing to complete an annual notification and failing to provide bank details on May 21.
Smith, of Credenleigh, Cradley, was handed a 12-month community order and must complete 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay costs of £185 and a £95 victim surcharge.
