A HEREFORDSHIRE town has promised it will look at improving its Christmas lights next year after heavy criticism online.
Ledbury Town Council said it was aware of negative comments shared on Facebook of the town's festive decorations.
Part of the problem, the council said, was a lack of lights being available at the time.
In a statement, it said that lights were going to be installed at the Alms Houses, opposite the Market House.
Since that statement was issued, the lights have been put up along the historic building.
But it added: "With regard the comments on the lack of lights we have taken onboard the comments and will be reviewing the possibility of providing additional lighting in the town in 2022 onwards.
"The lights contract was considered by a task and finish group of the council earlier in the year and we are keen to work with members of the public and the traders in the town on such issues"
