A DRIVER has been banned from the roads for more than three years after failing to provide a sample to Herefordshire police.
Tadas Kartanas entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 42-year-old had failed to provide a breath sample to police during the course of an investigation as to whether he had committed an offence when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Ross-on-Wye on November 14.
Kartanas, of Primrose Close, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 40 months and ordered to pay a £120 fine.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
