A DRIVER has been banned from the roads for three years after he was caught drug-driving in a Herefordshire housing estate.
James Price entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 34-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Citroen C5 in Leominster's Sandpits while over the drug limit on June 18.
An evidential test revealed Price had 2.5 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannibinol and 176 microgrammes of cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. The respective legal limits are two and 50.
Price, of Sandpits, Leominster, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £120. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £344 victim surcharge.
