A BIKER has been up before the magistrates after he was caught with an illegal numberplate.
Nathan Samuel was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 29-year-old had been caught riding a KTM bike on Hereford's Roman Road on June 3.
The licence plate displayed on the bike did not comply with regulations, in that it was displayed over one line, the court heard.
Samuel, of Meadowside Road, Wirral, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
