A HEREFORDSHIRE town will be recycling the county’s Christmas trees next week as the festive period comes to an end.
Volunteers for Ross-on-Wye community garden are recycling Christmas trees as of yesterday (January 4), to Saturday, January 8, between 10am and 2pm.
They ask people bring their trees down to the garden and staff from Chapel Tree Services will be helping the garden volunteers to chip them.
There will also be mini-Christmas trees to buy to plant back in your garden.
The garden works to create community gardens in the UK to support early food, farming and health education in schools, and to promote therapeutic healing for those suffering from learning disabilities and mental health issues.
