A POPULAR licensed cafe is up for sale in one of Hereford's prettiest streets.
No 10 The Teashop, set in Church Street, which links Hereford High Town and the Cathedral Close, is on the market for £50,000 (purchase of lease and business) with agents Chancellors.
Chancellors said the 'well-established and highly rated' cafe benefits from good volumes of passing custom, and currently has a five star food hygiene rating.
"Over the years the premises have been transformed into a traditional, eye catching well fitted unit, available on lease," Chancellors said.
The business is currently open from 9am to 4pm Monday to Saturday with shorter Sunday hours and steady and profitable sales being achieved, the agents said, with most products made on site in the commercial kitchen on the first floor.
"Business opportunities of this calibre are the exception and we strongly recommend genuine prospective purchasers view without delay to avoid disappointment," Chancellors said.
The pretty cafe has a 4.5 star rating on review website, Tripadvisor, with 105 of their 111 reviewers rating it excellent or very good.
