A MAN has been up before the magistrates after intentionally damaging a police station door.
Mark Evans entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 53-year-old had deliberately damaged a door at Hereford Police Station without lawful excuse on November 15.
He had also used threatening and abusive words or behaviour with intent to cause a police officer harassment, alarm, or distress in Hereford on November 21.
Evans, of Hedley Lodge, Belmont, was handed a 15-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay compensation of £150 to West Mercia Police. No costs order or victim surcharge was imposed due to his means.
