PASSENGERS have been up before the magistrates after failing to buckle up in Hereford city centre.
Tsvetomir Nikolov was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 44-year-old had been caught riding in the rear seat of a Vauxhall Zafira without a seat belt in Hereford's West Street on May 29.
Nikolov, of Staunton-on-Wye, Herefordshire, was fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Paul Mathew Jenkins was proven guilty when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 41-year-old had been caught riding in the front passenger seat of a Ford Transit van in Hereford's Holme Lacey Road on June 2.
Jenkins, of Frederick Avenue, Hereford, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge,
