A DRIVER has been rapped by magistrates after he was caught driving without buckling up his seat belt in Hereford.
Ryan Mayo was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 39-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Volkswagen without wearing a seat belt in Hereford's Holme Lacy Road on June1.
Mayo, of Lime Grove, Hereford, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
