A PENSIONER accused of child sex offences has entered not guilty pleas to magistrates in Hereford.
Brian Daniel Patrick Halpin, 77, pleaded not guilty to one charge of arranging or facilitating the commission of a child sex offence and two of making indecent category C photographs of a child.
The court heard the first matter related to the arranging or commissioning of a child sex offence in Norfolk on June 24, 2019, while the second and third charges relate to a total of nine category C indecent still images of a child made between November 8, 2009 and November 2, 2011.
The case was sent to the crown court for trial and Halpin, of Much Birch, Herefordshire, will appear before Worcester Crown Court on February 9.
