A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been banned from the roads after failing to identify a driver to police.
Keith Doyle was proven guilty by magistrates in Llanelli.
The court heard the 51-year-old had failed to identify the driver of a Fiat Doblo who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Pontypridd to police on August 6.
Doyle, of Bridge Street, Kington, was fined £660, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received six penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £66 victim surcharge.
