A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been handed a curfew after failing to provide a sample to police.
Jack Williams entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 27-year-old had failed to provide a sample to police during the course of an investigation as to whether he had committed an offence when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Malvern on December 9.
Williams, of Oatleys Road, Ledbury, was disqualified from driving for 17 months and received a two-month community order and curfew with electronic tag.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
