MORE people have been fined by magistrates after they were caught out on Hereford's roads without wearing seat belts.
Ionut Cojoc, 36, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Cojoc had been caught riding in the front passenger seat of a Peugeot 106 without wearing a seat belt on the A4103 in Hereford on June 5.
Cojoc, of Marden, Herefordshire, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Gavin Davies, 36, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Davies had been caught behind the wheel of a Ford Transit van without a seat belt in Hereford's Edgar Street on June 6.
Davies, of Ridgeway Avenue, Hereford, was fined £220 and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
