A HEREFORDSHIRE repeat offender has been banned from the roads for a year after he was caught driving without a licence or insurance.
Lee Cripps was proven guilty by magistrates in Bodmin.
The court heard the 32-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Land Rover on the A390 at Lostwithiel, Cornwall, without a licence or insurance on May 16.
Cripps, of Dry Thistle Close, Bromyard, was disqualified from driving for 12 months due to his repeated offending, received eight penalty points, and was fined £525.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £52 victim surcharge.
