DRIVERS have been fined after failing to comply with lights at a Herefordshire level crossing.
Oliver Paul Hassall entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 22-year-old had failed to comply with light signals at the Mill Street level crossing in Leominster on May 11.
He was also found to be behind the wheel without insurance.
Hassall, of Embry Avenue, Stafford, was fined £300, received six penalty points, and must pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
Marlena Witkowska entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 35-year-old had failed to comply with light signals at the Mill Street level crossing in Leominster on June 12.
Witkowska, of Cheaton Close, Leominster, was fined £116 and received three penalty points. She must also pay a £34 victim surcharge.
