A MAN has been up before the magistrates for his drunken behaviour in a busy Hereford street.
Keirain Allen entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 27-year-old had been drunk and disorderly in Hereford's Commercial Road on October 15.
Allen, of Manor Fields, Burghill, was handed a nine-month conditional discharge and must pay costs of £70 and a £22 victim surcharge.
