AN ACCUSED man has denied riding an electric scooter without insurance or a licence in Hereford.
Ronaldas Ripkayskas pleaded not guilty two charges when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 27-year-old was accused of riding an electric scooter in Holme Lacy Road without a licence authorising him to drive a vehicle of that class and without a valid insurance policy in place.
The case was referred for a full trial, and Ripkayskas, of Hawthorn Grove, Hereford, will appear before Worcester Magistrates Court on March 9.
