A TEENAGE driver has been fined after he was caught on the roads with an illegal number plate.
Jay Connor Oliver entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 19-year-old had been caught driving a Ford Fiesta in Hereford's Roman Road with an illegal number plate featuring a grey background, no supplier postcode, and raised letters and numbers.
Oliver, of Emlyn Avenue, Hereford, was fined £20 and must pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
