A SWEARING man has been fined for breaking the terms of his community protection notice in Hereford.
Joshua Newbury entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 29-year-old had failed to comply with the terms of his community protection notice in Hereford on January 14, behaving in a manner likely to cause others alarm, distress, or harassment by shouting, swearing, and using aggressive words or behaviour towards them.
Newbury, who is of no fixed address, was fined £40.
