A DRIVER caught with a balding tyre and without a seat belt has been fined by magistrates.
Callum Sellers was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 23-year-old had been caught driving a Mercedes with a balding front tyre that had the ply exposed in Hereford's Old School Lane on July 1.
He had also failed to wear a seat belt while on the road on the same date.
Sellers, of Manor Street, Stoke-on-Trent, was fined £270 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
