A HEREFORDSHIRE woman has been fined by magistrates after failing to identify the driver of her Audi to police.
Jessica Nicole Williams was found guilty after entering a not guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 33-year-old had failed to identify the driver of an Audi who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Whitchurch to police when required on June 25.
Williams, of Porthouse Rise, Bromyard, was fined £100 and received six penalty points. She must also pay a £34 victim surcharge.
No costs order was made due to her means.
