A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been ordered to pay more than a thousand pounds after ignoring lights at a level crossing.
Spencer Kerton was proven guilty in his absence by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 50-year-old had failed to comply with light signals at Leominster's Mill Street level crossing on May 24.
Kerton, of Rudge Grove, Marden, was fined £440 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £775 and a £44 victim surcharge.
