Emergency crews have been called to crashes on the B4203 in Upper Sapey, near Bromyard, on several occasions in the last 12 months, with several people seriously injured.
Three people were killed in separate crashes on the road in 2021 and December 2020.
A cyclist in his 70s was pronounced dead at the scene after a crash with a Fiat van on the B4203 High Lane towards Tedstone Wafre on December 14, 2020.
Emergency crews were called to reports that a red Honda moped and a black Land Rover Defender had crashed on the B4203 between Bromyard and Upper Sapey on May 2.
The moped rider, a woman in her 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The air ambulance was one of the emergency services at the scene while the B4203 from Pouk Lane to Church Lane was closed after a black Peugeot 2008 and a white Ford Transit van crashed at the junction of the B4204 near Upper Sapey on June 2.

And the road was again closed after a crash on January 12 this year.
Action is being taken to tackle the situation, a full council meeting of Bromyard Town Council on January 24 heard from Bromyard Safer Neighbourhood PC Pete Browne, who said officers are conducting weekly speed enforcement checks on main roads in the Bromyard area, with a focus on the B4203 in Upper Sapey in response to concerns about the road.
PC Browne said people in the area are invited to provide feedback to police, and that officers will carry out speed enforcement checks in areas of concern.
