A CRASH driver was left with a broken collarbone after drink-driving in a Herefordshire town.
Adrian Jones admitted drink-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
Police were called to a crash in Ross-on-Wye's Greytree Road on November 14, prosecutor Elizabeth Blacklock said.
On arrival, they found two damaged cars, while Fiat 500 driver Jones was in the back of an ambulance.
Jones was taken to hospital with a broken collarbone, where an evidential blood test was taken and revealed he had 107 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80.

George Cousins, for Jones, said the 63-year-old had entered a guilty plea at the first opportunity but that he remembered very little of the crash.
"He broke his collarbone and as a result is still off sick and is on statutory sick pay," Mr Cousins said.
Jones, of Springfield Road, Ross, was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £96. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
