A SEX offender has been handed a community order after failing to tell police that he had moved house.
Vincent Storey Day admitted failing to comply with notification requirements when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 45-year-old had failed to notify police of a change of address within three days as required by the terms of the sex offenders register on March 23.
Storey Day, of Albert Road, Ledbury, was handed a 12-month community order and fined £120. He must also pay costs of £85 and a £95 victim surcharge.
