A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after was caught behind the wheel while three times the ketamine limit.
Dominic Clarenne entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 21-year-old had been caught driving in Ross-on-Wye's Bannut Tree Lane while over the drug limit on August 9.
An evidential blood test revealed he had 67 microgrammes of ketamine per litre of blood. The legal limit is 20.
Clarenne, of Bannut Tree Gardens, Ross, was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. He must also pay costs of £75 and a £34 victim surcharge.
